    As with any relationship, we understand that communication is the foundation of a successful relationship with the Client and a successful project. Every project has unique, technical challenges, which can be overcome by clearly understanding our Client’s core needs and objectives and key issues. To build this foundation, the principals of the firm, Tom and Stephanie, are personally involved in every project to effectively implement solutions that balance land development, environmental, and transportation needs. Our design approach is to provide every Client with a hands-on principal engineer, who is complimented by a highly experienced and skilled staff of project engineers and civil designers. In the due diligence stages of every project, we assist our Client in identifying critical issues that will affect the development potential, design and permitting process, and ultimately the bottom line. Our planning and design capabilities are based on our extensive experiences with a variety of projects ranging from commercial sites and shopping centers, multi-family sites, residential subdivision and mixed use developments. We are interested and invested in a long-term relationship with our Client’s with the expectation to become a trusted advisor and asset to their development team through the entire design and construction process.
